Refunds Policy
Effective Date: October 2025
Because Baby Sleep Music is a digital, personalised product, refunds work differently than physical items.
1. No Refunds for Completed Digital Products
Once a lullaby has been successfully created and delivered, it cannot be refunded.
2. When a Refund Is Available
You qualify for a refund only if:
- The lullaby fails to generate
- and
- Our support team is unable to fix or regenerate it
Examples that qualify:
- Technical error during generation
- Broken audio file delivered
- Failed download link
3. When Refunds Are NOT Available
- You changed your mind
- You ordered the wrong name
- You dislike the style or melody
- You uploaded low-quality audio/images and want a redo
- Your child does not respond to the lullaby
However, our team will happily regenerate your lullaby at no extra cost if possible.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email support@parentinghub.com.au with:
- Order email
- Baby name used
- Issue description
- Screenshot/audio if possible
We respond within 24–48 hours.
