2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service or make a purchase. By using the website, you confirm that you can legally enter into this agreement.

3. Your Responsibilities

When using Baby Sleep Music, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information (baby name, email, etc.)
• Only upload audio or images you own or have permission to use
• Not misuse the platform, attempt to hack, copy, or interfere with the service
• Only use your lullabies for personal, non-commercial purposes (no resale, redistribution, or public broadcasting)

4. Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, text, branding, tools, and AI processes belong to Parenting Hub Australia. The personalised lullaby we generate for you is licensed for personal use only.

5. AI-Generated Content

You understand that:

• Lullabies are generated automatically using AI
• Results may vary slightly
• You are responsible for reviewing the content before use

We do not guarantee specific melodies, styles, or emotional outcomes.

6. Prohibited Use

You must NOT:

• Use lullabies commercially
• Upload harmful, hateful, abusive, or illegal content
• Try to reverse-engineer or copy our tools
• Share other people's personal data without permission

7. Payment & Pricing

Pricing is clearly displayed at checkout. By purchasing, you authorise us (via our payment provider) to process your payment securely.

8. Refund Policy

Digital products cannot be returned once delivered. Refunds are only granted when:

• The lullaby fails to generate AND
• Our support team cannot fix the issue

9. Limitation of Liability

Baby Sleep Music is designed as a comfort and bonding tool — not a medical or therapeutic product. We are not liable for:

• Sleep outcomes
• Baby behaviour
• Any loss resulting from misuse of the platform
